Vergaengineering has recently delivered a new Reboiler Fired Heater for a major refinery in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. This supply is part of a fast track project requesting a challenging delivery. Due to the tight project schedule, a team from the End User worked together with VE team during the very first period of the project in order to minimize approval cycle of key documentation and consolidate the design. A parallel development of design, detailed engineering and procurement was also developed to allow fabrication to start immediately after consolidation of basic design. As a final result, the Fired Heater has been delivered to site ahead of schedule, in 18 weeks only. In the photo, the lifting of the radiant module at the port of arrival.
