Vergaengineering is proud to announce that has recently developed a proprietary software VEDYNSIM^®2015 which is able to simulate the dynamic transient conditions of a Fired Heater and that can predict the dynamic response of any Fired Heater to cyclic operation. VEDYNSIM^®2015 can be used in order to simulate any non-steady state condition like cyclic operations, conditions during heater Start Up and Shut Down, any upset condition where some physical parameters are suddenly changed, etc. In particular, with reference to cyclic Regeneration Gas Heaters, VEDYNSIM^®2015 provides temperature and draft profiles over the cyclic operation in order to verify the required ramp-up time and to provide the input for the fatigue analysis of the main heater structural components.
